- Chuck Gloman is an independent producer, cinematographer/director of photography, and editor with experience in all areas of video from corporate training to television commercials. He has over 30 years of experience as a producer and DP, with over 900 TV commercials, 250 corporate videos, and 100 documentaries to his credit. Mr. Gloman's films have aired on HBO, Cinemax, and network television. His articles appear regularly in Videography, Television Broadcast, TV Technology, Mix, and Government Video magazines. In addition to Placing Shadows, he has authored the following books: No Budget Digital Filmmaking (McGraw-Hill: 2002), 202 Digital Photography Solutions (McGraw-Hill: 2003), Scenic Design and Lighting Techniques (Focal Press: 2006), and Working with HAD (Focal Press: 2006). Additionally, he is a member of the Television/Film faculty at DeSales University in Pennsylvania.
