Product description The For.A HVS-390HS Video Switcher with 1 M/E Configuration is a 3U multi-format video switcher with 16 SDI inputs, 8 SDI outputs, and 1 HDMI output. The SDIs support up to 1.5 Gbps and up to 1080/59.94i/50i. The inputs all have frame synchronizers on them. Signal processing is at 4:2:2. A large fan and an efficient exhaust process guarantee silent operation.
The switcher must optionally be paired with a compatible 1 M/E control panel -- either with the HVS-391OU from the HVS-390HS series, the HVS-30OU from the HVS-300HS series, or the HVS-30RU remote control sub panel, also from the HVS-300HS series. All three can actually be connected at the same time for simultaneous control. The switcher can additionally expand to many more HVS-390HS components to support wider applications. By means of optional input/output option boards, the SDI inputs can be increased to 24 and the outputs to 13, all also supporting 1.5 Gbps.
Of the existing inputs, 13 through 16 can be used to resize SD signals to HD. The addition of optional boards will allow resizing on more inputs and will also allow resizing computer signals. 4 keyers come standard and each includes a bus and a luminance key and an independent 2.5D DVE. Up to 100 events can be stored, and each can be recalled at the push of a button.
