Product description The For-A MFR-18RU Remote Control Unit for MFR-5000 Routing Switchers is a one-rack-unit, 18-button remote control for an MFR-5000 3 Gb/s switcher, which supports a matrix of 128 inputs and 128 outputs. The MFR-18RU remote's 18 buttons each can light up in three different colors (red, orange, and green), and each button features a seven-color LCD above it that identifies the button settings and the associated source. Any function can be assigned to any button. Up to 128 remote-control units can be connected to an MFR-5000 routing system, which enables the ultimate in flexibility as you partition the matrix and devise operation-level settings. The MFR-18RU connects to the MFR-5000 via the included LAN cable (RJ-45 connection). The MFR-18RU features power source redundancy (via AC adapter).
