Product description The Formatt 100 x 150mm WOW Soft Center Beauty Filter is a soft focus filter specifically designed for portraiture and head shots. In the center of the filter plane is a grade 3 softening filter; this softening density gradually feathers to grade 2, then to grade 1 near the edges of the frame. This gradation helps to centralize the attention, where the subject's face is most commonly positioned. The most intense softening in the center will help to correct for blemishes and wrinkles without affecting the background of the image as much.
This filter measures 3.9 x 5.9" / 100 x 150mm and is compatible with the Cokin Z-Pro filter holder. It is constructed from specially formulated CR-39 resin sandwiched between two layers of high-quality Schott glass. - Soft focus filter specifically designed for portraiture and head shots.
- Grade 3 softening in the center of the filter plane gradually tapers to a Grade 1 by the edge of frame.
- The highest degree of softening is in the center for correction of blemishes and wrinkles of subjects while the edges remain less affected.
- Compatible with Cokin Z-Pro filter holder.
- Formatt filters combine high-quality Schott glass with specially formulated CR-39 resin in order to contain synthetic dyes while still garnering the benefits of optical glass.
