Product description Designed specifically for extending your exposure times, this Formatt-Hitech 165 x 165mm ProStop IRND Joel Tjintjelaar Signature Edition Long Exposure Kit #1 is an all-in-one bundle containing three 165 x 165mm solid neutral density filters, the 165mm Lucroit Filter Holder, and an adapter ring for attaching the holder to the Zeiss Distagon T* 15mm f/2.8 lens. Additionally, an exclusive Joel Tjintjelaar booklet is also included, as well as a folding long exposure conversion chart. - ProStop IRND Filters
- The included 165 x 165mm ProStop IRND 3.0, 1.8, and 0.9 filters are solid neutral density filters providing 10, 6, and 3 stop reductions in exposure, respectively. The consistent density creates a darkening of the entire image, allowing you to photograph with a wider aperture or longer shutter speed than normally required. By slowing your exposure time or increasing your aperture, you are able to control depth of field and convey movement more easily.
The ProStop IRND filters have been optimized for use with digital sensors and promote nearly flat attenuation of both visible and infrared light. Due to imaging sensors' greater susceptibility to infrared light, compared to traditional film, color casts can occur when photographing darker subjects that require increased exposure times. This filter provides a high level of neutrality across both spectra in order to eliminate color casts and ensure cleaner, truer blacks. - Lucroit Filter Holder and Adapter Ring
- The included Lucroit Wide-Angle Filter Holder is compatible with all 6.5" / 165mm-wide rectangular filters, accepts up to two filters at once, and is capable of rotating a full 360° to better suit the use of graduated neutral density filters and other filter types that are enhanced by varying positioning. Also included is an adapter ring which attaches to the Zeiss Distagon T* 15mm f/2.8 lens.

- Besides the filters and holder included in the kit, an exclusive booklet of Joel Tjintjelaar's work is also included for inspiration and a closer look at how he utilizes this system of filters for his own photography. Additionally, a folding long exposure chart also helps to find the proper exposure times when out shooting with these filters.
