Product description The Formatt Series 9 Soft Low Contrast Warm 3 Filter is for use when the sun is too bright and the shadows too dark and it is difficult to get good detail in both at the same time. Formatt Low Contrast Filters reduce contrast by allowing more shadow detail. This filter also takes the edge off today's ultra-sharp HD lenses by softening the image. This is helpful when doing portraits or close-ups since it hides imperfections in your subject's face. In addition, it will add some warmth to the picture that will help with skin tones - especially when shooting in open shade or on a cloudy day.Formatt, a company with three generations of professional filter-making experience produces every filter to the highest technical standards.
