Product description The Fostex TH900mk2 Premium Reference Headphones and Shure SHA900 Portable Amplifier Kit from includes the Fostex Headphones, a Shure SHA900 Portable Listening Amplifier, a Shure Leather Amplifier Case, an Auray UHC-725 Universal Headphone Case, and a Just Mobile HS-100 HeadStand headphone stand. In addition, an unbalanced audio cable with a 1/4" jack connector, a carrying bag, and a headphone stand are also included. These headphones are the second generation of the TH900 and are designed for professional mixing, mastering, and reference-level personal Hi-Fi listening. They feature detachable connectors for cable replacement. Their driver units have a 1.5 tesla (15,000 gauss) magnetic flux density and are built with a bio-dynamic 2" diaphragm. A Neodymium magnetic circuit is offered to achieve a wider dynamic range. Also, their ear pads are made of protein leather for maximum comfort. Furthermore, the SHA900 from Shure is a stand-alone portable listening amplifier that is designed to deliver high-resolution audio to on-the-go audiophiles and enthusiasts. Featuring a USB digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that converts analog or digital audio, the amplifier can handle resolutions up to 24-bit/96 kHz and has controls for quick and easy navigation. A four-band parametric EQ with five presets and four customizable settings are available to maximize audio playback. This kit comes with all the accessories needed for transporting and connecting Fostex's TH900mk2 headphones, and it is suitable for keeping your desk clear and neat as you enjoy your music. - Fostex TH900mk2 Premium Reference Headphones The TH900mk2 Premium Reference Headphones from Fostex now feature detachable connectors for cable replacement and are compatible with the optional balanced cable (model ET-H3.0N7BL). Like the original TH900, the mk2 offer a uniquely designed driver unit with a 1.5 tesla (15,000 gauss) magnetic flux density and bio-dynamic 50mm diaphragm. The housing features a traditional Japanese lacquered "Urushi" finish on Japanese cherry birch.
