Product description To ensure that your lens cap stays close when it's not in use, FotodioX offers this Pro CapTrap Lens Cap Keeper and Safety Cord. It is made of lightweight but extremely durable black paracord, which is divided into two sections by the lock in the middle. One section is a loop that wraps around the lens barrel, while the other is a straight length of cord with an adhesive, black, button-type mount that attaches to the front of any type of cap. When the cap is removed from the lens, it will dangle directly underneath and remain within reach while you operate your camera.
Using the cord lock, you can adjust the size of the loop and the length of the tether, enabling you to fit the Pro CapTrap around virtually all lenses and choose how low you want your cap to hang.
