Product description Standard SDI matrix switchers support the usual cable lengths on output, but the 4K 12G-SDI 8x8 Matrix Switcher from Freakshow HD features re-clocked 12G-SDI outputs that allow much longer distances. This switcher provides not only matrix distribution but support for DCI 4K and longer cable runs. Over 12G-SDI, you can extend a DCI 4K signal up to 246'. Extensions over 6G-SDI, run up to 328', 3G-SDI up to 722', HD-SDI up to 870', and SD-SDI up to 1740'.
The switcher has a highly robust, compact half-rack mount design. It can be controlled by the onboard buttons or via a Freakshow Web interface that's compatible with all common browsers. The onboard buttons include four assignable preset buttons.
The switcher also offers a BNC sync input. An included AC adapter features a U.S. wall plug on one end and locking LEMO power connector on the other. - Key Features
