Product description Give your larger UAVs a safe place to take off and land with this Drone Landing Pad from Freewell. The downward-facing camera of some drones, such as the DJI Spark, capture images of the area as it takes off. They use these images to help increase the accuracy of Return to Home landings. With a large "H" on either side, this 9.8" landing pad gives a unique point of reference.
For drones without such functionality, this landing pad provides a clean and smooth surface to operate from. It gives you a landing area free of debris that can damage your drone, and during takeoff, it helps to prevent rocks and other debris from kicking up to damage the drone and its camera.
On one side there is an orange "H" on black, while the other features a white "H" on orange. The white "H" is printed with fluorescent, glow-in-the-dark ink, making it an ideal solution in low light situations. Even in daylight the landing pad stands out to help pilots practice their manual landings. - Additional Features
