Product description The 75' DR-PCB-H23M HDMI Digital Ribbon Cable from FSR utilizes proprietary technology to allow high-speed HDMI signal transmission. This cable, when used with 15' input and output passive cables and a coupler, can extend signal transmission over a distance of up to 105'. The cable’s hybrid polymer/copper structure delivers a speed of 10.2 Gb/s and can handle 1080p Full HD, 3D, Deep Color, HDMI-CEC, HDCP, and most other high-resolution formats. Please note that the cable does not support Audio Return Channel. It features a small ribbon-shaped jacket (5 x 2.5mm). The cable is UL listed, plenum-rated, and provides reliable optical performance.
Active circuitry embedded in the connector shells provide all the active signal buffering needed, and eliminates the need for additional bulky electronics. With optical-to-electronic conversion contained inside the connectors, this cable uses the same standard HDMI ports as copper cables. The cable does not require any bulky external power connectors or extenders, and instead draws power entirely from the HDMI port without exceeding HDMI maximum power output standards. Optical communication provides immunity to electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference and offers reliability in challenging environments such as outdoor displays, convention centers, stadiums, airports, shopping malls, hospitals, factories, and other potentially high-noise environments. The optical component within the ribbon cable bundle is plastic fiber and can be installed in areas that require tight cable bend. - Overcomes distance limitations of conventional copper HDMI cables
