Product description The DV-WPXT-1C-WHT Transmitter and Receiver (VGA/DVI-D to HDMI) Set from FSR comprises the DV-WPXT-1CTX-WHT digital/analog auto-switching, two-gang decora wall-plate transmitter and the DV-HXT-1Rx CATx receiver. The transmitter allows you to send one VGA and one HDMI or DVI-D video signal to the receiver at a distance of up to 164' at a resolution of up to 1920 x 1200, using a single, unshielded CAT6 network cable. The receiver unit converts the received CAT6 signal to HDMI, and delivers it to your display (e.g. video wall system, sign board, or medical imaging equipment).
This transmitter can switch automatically to a live video source, or be controlled manually either via the push button on the wall plate face or remotely through RS-232. The transmitter is specifically designed for system integration and fits in a standard two-gang electrical box. It can also be mounted directly onto furniture or any other surface. The front panel connections on the transmitter include an HD-15, a DVI-D, and a 3.5mm stereo mini plug. The rear surface features an RJ-45 output connector and a captive-screw connector for power and RS-232 communication. A power supply and a 6' DVI-D to HDMI cable are included with the set.
