Product description For high-volume and highly demanding office environments, the fi-7700 Document Scanner from Fujitsu will provide the versatility and durability required for quickly scanning various types of documents. It supports standard documents, plastic ID cards, envelopes, books, magazines, and more due to the implementation of both a 300-sheet automatic document feeder and a 12 x 18" flatbed. The unit is quite fast as well, with the ability to produce a scan in just 0.6 seconds via the flatbed or operated at a speed of up to 100 ppm using the ADF. Along with this speed, the ADF also enables single-pass duplexing at 200 ipm and can handle long documents up to 12 x 220" in size. Additionally, guaranteeing everything is handled properly is an intelligent Sonic Paper Protection function.
Another advantage of the fi-7700 is the ability to rotate the ADF 180° in order to better fit the workspace. It also comes with the PaperStream IP driver for TWAIN and ISIS support and producing clean scans. PaperStream Capture is included as well to help integrate the scanner into your business's workflow and to perform batch scans. The fi-7700 works with Windows computers and connects via a fast USB 3.0 interface. - Integrated flatbed unit offers a scan area of 12 x 18" and can produce a scan in just 0.6 seconds.
- The high-capacity 300-sheet ADF can work with documents from 2 x 2.7" up to 12 x 17", or up to 12 x 220" in long document mode. It also features speeds of up to 100 ppm in simplex and 200 ipm in duplex.
- The ADF can be rotated 180° to better fit the workspace.
- Scans plastic cards up to 55.1 mil or paper with a weight of 5-110 lb.
- Image processing functions include multi-image output, auto color detection, blank page detection, dynamic threshold (iDTC), Advanced DTC, SDTC, error diffusion, de-screen, emphasis, halftone, dropout color, sRGB output, hole punch removal, index tab cropping, split image, de-skew, edge correction, streak reduction, cropping, dither, static threshold, and divide long page.
- A straight paper path for the ADF reduces strain on documents as they are fed.
- ENERGY STAR and RoHS certified.
- Intelligent Sonic Paper Protection helps prevent and reduce damage to documents if a misfeed occurs.
- Intelligent MultiFeed function provides a method for manually feeding documents with sticky notes, taped receipts, and labels.
- Skew Reduction helps improve feeding and ensures that the entirety of your document is scanned.
- PaperStream IP provides TWAIN and ISIS driver support for the scanner and includes features such as Assisted Scanning, Advanced Image Cleanup, Auto Color Detection, Blank Page Detection, and Front and Back Merge.
- PaperStream Capture provides a user interface for adjusting scan settings and organizing files as they are scanned. This includes indexing and support for barcodes to help with organization.
- Bundled software includes PaperStream IP, 2D Barcode for PaperStream, PaperStream Capture, ScanSnap Manager for fi Series, Scan to Microsoft SharePoint, ABBYY FineReader for ScanSnap, Scanner Central Admin Agent, Software Operation Panel, and Error Recovery Guide.
