Product description Available for download, Analogue Mayhem from FXpansion is an expansion pack intended for use with Geist and Geist2—though it can be used with any sample engine supporting 24-bit/44.1 kHz WAV, AIFF, and RX2 files. Sporting over 800 WAV samples and 180 RX2 loops, this library offers sound-effects bursts, bass hits, chord stabs, and multi-sampled synthetic drums. Most of the songs in this library were modeled on an Analogue Systems RS8000 modular synthesizer with complementing 3rd-party Eurorack modules. As such, this collection is suitable for anyone looking to create techno, electro, ambient, drum & bass, and other electronic music styles.
If you are using these samples within Geist or Geist2, you'll be able to access 30 kit presets, five full-song presets, six engine presets, and 71 pad presets. Furthermore, Geist's round-robin triggers, velocity layering, and effects treatments will only add to the depth and aural variation of the music you're programming. If you're using this sample-pack with other apposite engines, you'll be able to utilize the aforementioned 800 WAV samples, as well as over 180 RX2 loops. As this is a sample library, Analogue Mayhem is compatible with Mac and PC platforms. Table of Contents
