Product description The AS-1800 from Galaxy Audio is a wireless personal monitoring system designed to provide professional audio quality and reliability for artists, broadcasters, and other demanding audio environments. The system features a half-rack sized transmitter and an ergonomic bodypack receiver with soft touch controls. The unit operates over a 16 MHz bandwidth with 640 selectable UHF frequencies and 32 channels. The "True Diversity" reception offers interference-resistant operation, while the Phase Lock Loop (PLL) ensures transmission reliability. The "Noise Lock" squelch effectively blocks stray radio frequencies. The AS-1800 offers a mixed mono mode which allows performers to have independent control over the band mix and their vocal or instrument signals. Additionally, two separate monitor mixes can be created from the board giving the performer a choice of what they wish to hear on their belt packs. An unlimited number of bodypacks may be added. The AS-1800 system ships with a power adapter, antenna, and ear buds with three pairs of silicone sleeves. - AS-1800T - Transmitter
