Product description The Galaxy Audio CM-80 Checkmate Series SPL Meter is a highly accurate sound pressure level (SPL) meter well suited for musicians, engineers, sound contractors, DJs, and police departments. The unit measures SPL levels in real time, has a Max/Min hold function, a power save feature, and an automatic light detection system that will engage the backlight when the ambient environment becomes inadequate. With an accuracy of ±1.5 dB, the CM-80 offers a level range of 30 to 130 dBA with a frequency range of 31.5 Hz to 8 kHz. The Galaxy Audio CM-80 ships with a windscreen and a 9V battery. -
