Product description The Galaxy Audio DSPOT DS-EQ215 Dual-Channel 15-Filter Parametric and Graphic Digital Equalizer is designed for installed and portable live sound reinforcement applications. The 1RU rackmountable digital signal processor features balanced XLR and 1/4" inputs and outputs. It can be operated in stereo or dual independent channel configurations, and provides 15 bands of parametric or graphic EQ filters per channel. The unit also offers high-pass and low-pass filtering with a slope of up to 24 dB per octave as well as independent gain, phase, delay, and output mute controls on each channel. This makes it possible to time align and configure a loudspeaker system within a space.
The unit can be controlled via the front-panel LCD display control interface, via MIDI using the rear-panel MIDI in and out connectors, via an RS232 serial port, or via USB connection to an external PC. Control software is available via an included CD or via download from the manufacturer's website. The unit includes 16 factory memory presets and 16 user memory presets that can be recalled for different applications.
