Product description The HS4 Hot Spot 4 Near-Field Monitor from Galaxy Audio brings back the classic look and style to the Hot Spot line while retaining vocal clarity. It is designed for a variety of applications from backstage, theater, and houses of worship, to live performances, DJs, keyboardists, and orchestras. Featuring 100W power handling and two 1/4" inputs on the rear panel, the Hot Spot is lightweight, easy to setup, and is versatile for just about any situation. Finally, the HS4 also has an integrated stand mount and includes the SA-1 stand adapter for easy mounting on almost any microphone stand. It weighs less than 6 lbs. - There are two basic concepts that have led to the continued success of the Hot Spot. The first concept was to bring the monitor closer to the performer. Second, was to create a monitor that projects mid/high range frequencies; a frequency tailoring that Galaxy calls controlled bandwidth
- By bringing the monitor closer, the stage volume can be reduced, which helps clean up the front of house mix
