Product description The JIB/C Jack In The Box One-Channel Input Expander from Galaxy Audio is a device that allows you to add an extra channel to your powered monitor when all other inputs are in use. It also permits phantom power to go to both microphones if it is available from the console. Use this convenient and economical unit to expand input capacity without replacing your existing equipment.
There is a 10dB loss in summing microphone when using this device. It is best to sum microphone in the same sound field to compensate for this effect. - Microphone Input Expansion
