Product description Up your golf game with the stylish Approach S60 from Garmin. This high-resolution, Bluetooth-enabled wristwatch provides real-time data on more than 41,000 golf courses and detailed statistics on your performance. The Approach S60's sophisticated sensor array delivers all the distance and course data you need, including yardage to the hole, green, doglegs/layups, hazards, and more. Additionally, its Green View feature shows you the true shape and layout of the green, even when it's out of sight, and gives you the option of manually moving the pin location, so you can plan precisely where to shoot.
In addition to telling you exactly where you're at on the golf course, the Approach S60 also tells you how you're doing. Its AutoShot feature analyzes your performance stroke by stroke and automatically records each shot's location for post-round analysis. Its digital scorecard enables you to easily record your score throughout your round and save, share, and review your performance on Garmin Connect. For even more performance analysis and feedback, the Approach S60 is compatible with the separately available Garmin TruSwing Golf Sensor, which can help you improve your swing and mechanics.
The Approach S60 also offers daily activity tracking and multi-sport functionality, including running, swimming, and cycling metrics. It is also compatible with optional heart rate sensors.
The Approach S60 features a rechargeable battery that lasts up to 10 hours in full GPS mode before needing to be recharged, so you're covered even through long rounds or some extra holes. When not on the links, you can expect the battery to last up to 10 days in smartwatch mode. - Keep Track, Keep Score
- Bolstered by more sensors to improve detection accuracy, AutoShot game tracking automatically detects along the fairway and records distances for post-game analysis on Garmin Connect.
- Know Your Course
- Approach S60 comes preloaded with maps for more than 41,000 golf courses around the world, and it offers automatic downloads of updates for those you play the most often when synced with Garmin Connect.
Get precise distances to each location on the course, as well as PlaysLike Distance, which adjusts yardages to account for uphill and downhill shots so you can select the best club for the situation. And with Touch Targeting, you can touch any point on the map for precise measurement to that exact spot - including fairway, sand traps, water hazards and more. - Green View
- Green View shows you the green's true shape from wherever you are on the course, and it allows you to manually drag-and-drop the pin onto the correct location for even greater accuracy.
- Improve Your Swing
- Pair your Approach S60 with the Garmin TruSwing golf swing analyzer to get swing training, including swing speed and club path angles. By understanding what your swing is doing and how it impacts ball flight, you can improve the consistency of each swing.
- Connectivity with a Personal Touch
- Sync the Approach S60 to your compatible smartphone to get smart notifications for incoming calls, texts, emails, and other alerts. Connect in more ways, too, including the Garmin Golf app, which allows you to compete on leaderboards on any one of Garmin's 41,000 courses with friends. To add a bit of personal flair, download custom watch faces, apps, and widgets from the Connect IQ store and customize your watch to your liking.
