Product description Transfer high-resolution satellite imagery to your select Garmin handheld GPS unit with the BirdsEye Satellite Imagery One-Year Subscription. The detailed, sub-meter images provide a real-life view of the local terrain, and can even be layered with your GPS maps for a more rewarding navigational experience. The Birdseye subscription is compatible with BaseCamp, Garmin's free program for download maps and images, creating and organizing routes and sharing adventures. Birdseye makes it possible, for example, for hikers and campers to find trail heads and clearings, or for hunters to scout pre-season and establish locations for stands, blinds, etc. Geocachers have a clear idea of the terrain they're entering when looking for caches, and travelers have a bird's eye view of landmarks and hot spots, checking off stops on their itineraries with a clear sense of their surroundings and travel routes. - Compatibility
