Product description Blaze your path with the fenix 5X Plus Sapphire Edition Multi-Sport Training GPS Watch from Garmin, as it supports TOPO maps featuring Trendline popularity routing. In addition to TOPO maps, this multi-sport training watch also features multi-network navigation with GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo satellite reception as well as a built-in altimeter, barometer, and compass sensors.
When you're back from your hike in the woods, the Garmin fenix 5X Plus can track your workouts with gym and activity profiles including strength, cardio and elliptical training, stair stepping, floor climbing, indoor rowing, and yoga. Running features include profiles covering running, treadmill running, and trail running. Furthermore, the Garmin fenix 5X Plus can track your laps in the pool, your next bike ride, your next golf game, and much more.
No matter what the activity, the Garmin fenix 5X Plus supports advanced performance metrics covering physiological metrics, running dynamics, and much more. With the Training Status application, your training watch can evaluate your previous workouts and other activities and show you how your workouts stack up against one another. To assist in the evaluation process, the wrist-based heart rate sensor tracks your heart rate right from your wrist eliminating the need to wear a chest strap. The heart rate sensor is also capable of monitoring sleep, depicting the estimated number of calories burned, and quantifying the intensity of your fitness activities.

On strenuous climbs, the watch's Pulse Ox Acclimation sensor provides additional information. This sensor uses light beams to gauge the absorption of hemoglobin in your bloodstream, so you can assess how well your body's oxygen levels are adjusting to the thinner air at higher altitudes.

- Every fenix 5X Plus watch features multinetwork (GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo) satellite reception to track in more challenging environments than GPS alone. The built-in altimeter provides elevation data to accurately monitor ascent and descent for activities such as hiking, while the tilt-compensated three-axis electronic compass keeps your bearing - whether you're moving or not.
