Product description Upgrade your mobile device's navigation capabilities with the GLO 2 Mobile GPS+GLONASS Receiver from Garmin. GLO 2 is engineered to provide fast and accurate navigational data to any Bluetooth-compatible iOS or Android device. GLO 2 features built-in GPS and GLONASS receivers, providing mobile devices with navigational data from both satellite constellations via Bluetooth. For devices that only have GPS, this is meant to provide them with faster and more precise navigation. - Increased Accuracy & Speed
- With both GPS and GLONASS receivers built in, the GLO 2 gains access to up to 24 additional satellites than with GPS alone. This allows the GLO 2 to lock onto a satellite signal faster, and maintain that connection even at high speeds. In addition, the GLO 2 is designed to offer more precise navigation by updating its positional data 10 times per second.
