Product description Get activity tracking, heart rate data, and fitness-monitoring tools in one stylish device with the black vivosmart 3 from Garmin. The vivosmart 3 utilizes several built-in sensors to accurately track steps, floors climbed, calories burned, intensity minutes, and more. It includes fitness monitoring tools for measuring more advanced metrics, such as your VO2 Max, and can even monitor your wellness and stress levels. Elevate technology in also onboard, enabling the vivosmart 3 to measure your heart rate, which helps it better quantify your activity intensity levels.
In addition to tracking your activity, the vivosmart 3 also monitors your sleep and can function as an alarm. When it's connected to compatible devices via Bluetooth or ANT+ technology, your vivosmart 3 will transmit activity data to Garmin Connect and can receive smart notifications and display them on your wrist.
The vivosmart 3 fits wrists 4.8 to 7.4" around. It's equipped with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that lasts up to 5 days. It's also swim-friendly device, so you can take it with you in the rain, shower, or pool. A charging/data cable is included. - Automatic Activity Tracking

Move IQ automatically detects exercises such as walking, swimming, cycling, and elliptical training. It can also automatically start a timed walk or run activity. - Wellness Monitoring
- vívosmart 3 tracks heart rate variability (HRV), which is used to calculate and display your stress level, so you can recognize when your stress level starts to rise and address it.
- Personal Rep Counter
- When you start a strength training activity on vívosmart 3, the device will capture your exercises, reps, and sets along with your work and rest times so you can leave the notebook at home. That data gets pushed to Garmin Connect during your next sync, so you can review your workout in even greater detail.
