Product description Get GPS-supported activity tracking with the black and Shark Fin Gray vivosmart HR+ from Garmin. The vivosmart HR+ utilizes GPS and a built-in accelerometer to accurately track distance, time, and pace for indoor or outdoor activities and then displays your stats on its 1" touchscreen. vivosmart HR+ also tracks calories burned, floors climbed, and intensity minutes. It uses Elevate technology to continually measure your heart rate, which helps it better quantify your activity intensity level and subsequent calorie-burning.
In addition to tracking your activity, the vivosmart HR+ also monitors your sleep and can function as an alarm. When it's connected to compatible devices via Bluetooth, your vivosmart HR+ will transmit activity data to Garmin Connect and can receive smart notifications and display them on your wrist.
The vivosmart HR+ fits wrists 5.4 to 7.6" around. It's equipped with a rechargeable lithium battery that lasts up to 5 days without GPS and up to 8 hours with GPS turned on. It's a swim-friendly device, so you can take it with your in the rain, shower, or pool. A charging cable is included. - Take Your Activity to the Gym or the Trails

With GPS, you can get even more accurate distance and pace stats as well as a map of your activity when running or walking outdoors. In addition to tracking your runs, steps, and calories, vivosmart HR+ measures floors climbed and intensity minutes.
- Wrist-Based Heart Rate
- The vivosmart HR+ uses Elevate wrist heart rate technology to continually measure your heart rate at the wrist. That means you have the freedom to work out without an additional heart rate strap. Using heart rate data, vivosmart HR+ provides calories burned information and quantifies the intensity of your fitness activities.
- Smart Notifications
- Stay connected with vivosmart HR+ activity tracker. Any time you receive a notification from your compatible smartphone, the vivosmart HR+ will gently vibrate and automatically display the information. Simply touch and swipe the screen to read more.
- Garmin Connect
- The vivosmart HR+ automatically syncs with your smartphone throughout the day to save your stats to Garmin Connect, Garmin's free online community. At Garmin Connect, you can save, plan, and share your activity data. You can also connect with other users to challenge and compete. For detailed calorie tracking, you can create an account at MyFitnessPal and link it to your Garmin Connect account. This allows you to compare calories consumed to total calories burned, which vivosmart HR+ records throughout the day, giving you a more comprehensive view of your health and the impact of your daily activity.
- Move IQ
- With Move IQ, you don't need to start or stop your activity timer when you start a new activity. vivosmart HR+ can automatically tell the difference between movements like walking, running, biking, swimming and even using an elliptical. You can review all your daily activities on Garmin Connect.
- Beat Yesterday
- vivosmart HR+ assigns an attainable daily step goal based on your activity history. As you meet and surpass your milestones, it will adjust your goal for the next day, gradually pushing you toward a healthier lifestyle. Throughout your day, vivosmart HR+ reminds you to stay active with a move bar and sends a vibration alert if you've been inactive for an hour.
