Product description Stay active and connected with the regular-sized vívosmart HR Activity Tracker with Wrist-Based Heart Rate Monitor in imperial purple from Garmin. This model fits wrists 5.4 to 7.4" around. It tracks the number of steps you've taken, your distance traveled, calories burned, floors climbed, and more, and displays it all on its 1" touchscreen. Additionally, the vívosmart HR uses built-in Elevate technology to continually measure your heart rate, which helps it better quantify your activity intensity level and subsequent calorie-burning.The vívosmart HR also tracks time slept and functions as an alarm clock. When connected to compatible devices via Bluetooth Smart, vívosmart HR transmits your activity to the free Garmin Connect mobile app while displaying phone call, text, and email notifications on the wristband's touchscreen.
vívosmart HR is designed to motivate wearers towards better fitness and an active lifestyle. It will notify you if you spend over an hour without moving around and learns your activity level before assigning daily goals that adjust over time as you progress. Goals are rewarded with virtual badges on Garmin Connect, where you can join online challenges with other users or earn bragging rights in a competition with friends.
The vívosmart HR's battery lasts for up to 5 days, and the device is water resistant to 164'. A charging/data clip is included. - Wrist-Based Heart Rate

As you meet and surpass your milestones, it will adjust your goal for the next day, gradually pushing you toward a healthier lifestyle. Throughout your day, vívosmart HR reminds you to stay active with a move bar and sends a vibration alert if you've been inactive for an hour.

- The vívosmart HR automatically syncs with your smartphone throughout the day to save your stats to Garmin Connect, Garmin's free online community. At Garmin Connect, you can save, plan, and share your activity data. You can also connect with other users to challenge and compete.
