The bag features interior padding with fixed dividers, which provide each compartment cavity with a dimension of 42 x 4 x 4". The exterior is made from a rugged black nylon material. The zip-top lid unzips 360° for unimpeded loading and unloading, while the dual reinforced handles wrap around the bag for added security and resistance against tearing. Additionally, the bag's handles feature secure wrap closures on each handle for comfort and ease in carrying. I had a problem with Paperport loading. Through the remote efforts of a Tech was able to get back online, however, "settings" are only listed 1 - 5 with no action listed as was 'visibly' available, (i.e. Scan both sides, Black and White, Color, etc.)
