Product description Leveraging HDBaseT technology, this DVI ELR Extender Kit from Gefen can transmit a DVI signal up to 1920x1200 (WUXGA) resolution over 495' of Cat 5e cable without any degradation. This kit includes transmitter and receiver units along with locking power supplies for each unit and a 6' DVI cable to get you started. Since this system utilizes HDBaseT, all aspects of the DVI signal remain intact including HDCP encryption. Built-in EDID management reduces the "handshake" time usually associated with connecting new devices. For installation convenience, the transmitter and receiver units can be surface mounted. - Extends DVI up to 495' over one Cat 5e cable
