Product description The EXT-DVI-2-HDSDISSL DVI to HD-SDI Scaler from Gefen is a device that scales DVI-D input signals to an SD/HD-SDI single-link output. This unit supports resolutions up to 1080p and also includes Gennum's VXP Scaler onboard for superior picture quality.
This unit also includes a fully integrated sprite-based multi-plane OSD controller and frame-rate conversion to and from any refresh rate. A maximum active image size of 2048 samples x 2048 lines PBP processing for various combinations of video and graphics with alpha blending is also included, as is a pattern mode with color bars and cross-hatch patterns.
Other features include color & gamma correction, noise reduction, detail enhancement, aspect ratio selection, pattern generator mode, multiple-language menu support, and custom-timing output mode. This unit can be controlled with an IR remote control or via an RS-232 connection. Menu options are available in English and French. - DVI to SD/HD-SDI Scaling
