Product description The IR Extender Module from Gefen adds installation flexibility to your A/V system setup by extending the IR sensor on compatible Gefen products up to 6 feet away. This lets you conceal the Gefen product that needs to accept IR, and install the small-footprint IR extender module in a location within the line-of-sight of the IR remote control.
Connect the IR extender's mini phone plug into the IR extension port on your Gefen product. Once the sensor module is in the desired position, peel off the adhesive backing and attach the sensor to a flat, dry surface. The IR extender module is powered by the Gefen product that it is connected to, so no extra power source is needed. -
