Product description

• 3 x Genaray Torpedo Portable Daylight Focusing LED Designed for photographers and videographers who require "big light" performance features in a small, lightweight fixture, the Torpedo Portable Daylight Focusing LED from Genaray weighs 2.6 lb and measures just 8" in length, yet outputs the tungsten equivalent power of a 200-300W Fresnel. True to its name, the light has an expansive focusing range from 15° for sunlight, sharp-shadow, or long-throw work, to a wide 75° flood for fill light or diffusing through a silk. The included 4-way barndoors allow you to further sculpt the beam for selective lighting. The Torpedo employs COB LEDs to draw more power from the tiny array which can be dimmed from 1 to 100%. The versatile Torpedo offers power options thanks to the inclusion of a universal 100 to 240 VAC adapter, but you can also run on NP-F or V-mount batteries when mains power is unavailable. The Torpedo has a tilting yoke with an industry-standard 5/8" receiver for matching light stands.

  • 4-Way Barndoors: Shape the light beam to allow your preferred areas to be illuminated, and keep light from areas where you don't want it
  • Diffusers and Filters: Use one of the two included diffuser filters to soften the bright LEDs and modify their output, or use one of the three color filters for more creative results
  • Optional Bowens-Type Adapter: Adding the optional dedicated adapter allows you to add accessories such as reflectors, softboxes, and snoots made by the many manufacturers that use the popular Bowens mount

The case is black and features lid foam, custom-cut interior foam, a latch closure, and a manual pressure release valve. Plastic hasps may be used with optional padlocks. Carry the case with the large carry handle.

  • The molded foam interior is designed specifically to cradle your Torpedo lights. It prevents your lights from rattling around in the case, even in the event of sudden stops, bumps, or drops.
  Double-Snap Closure Latches
  • The double-snap closures keep your case shut tight, so the watertight seal can do its work. Special pull tabs on each latch ensure that they won't open accidentally.
  Pressure Release Valve
  • If you experience altitude or air pressure changes, the pressure release valve will equalize the internal pressure of the case. This allows the case to open easily, and you won't need to pry your case open and risk sending your lights flying.
