Product description Time-Lapse Tips and Tools Read More This Remote Port Trigger Cable for Epic 100 Camera Mount from Gigapan allows electronic triggering of a camera mounted on the Gigapan Epic 100 robotic camera mount, which is used to produce ultra high resolution digital images, especially panoramic images. This cable is an option for cameras compatible with a Canon E3 connector. For some cameras, this cable is required because the increased angle of the shutter button on these cameras inhibits the use of the mechanical button pusher. Using this Remote Port Trigger Cable can allow for faster image capture and less vibration when pictures are taken. The Remote Port Trigger Cable is required for the Canon Rebel XSi EOS 450D, Rebel T1i EOS 500D, Rebel T2i EOS 500D, and Rebel XS EOS 1000D. The Remote Port Trigger Cable is optional for the Canon PowerShot G10, PowerShot G11, Rebel EOS 300D, Rebel Xt EOS 350D, and Rebel Xti EOS 400D. - Cable for remote electronic triggering of the Gigapan Epic 100 camera mount.
