Product description The DNA 6002 Kit from Glide Gear includes the DNA-5050 Plus Stabilizer and the DNA series Vest and Arm. The stabilizer supports cameras from 2 lb - 12 lb and the Vest and Arm supports 7 lb - 12 lb. A carry case is also supplied. (This system is similar to the Glide Gear DNA 6001 Kit but additionally includes extra counterweights in order for the 5050 stabilizer to support 12 lb. The vest and arm have also been made more robust to support from 7 lb - 12 lb and will not work with lighter loads. The stabilizer can still be used without the vest and arm with cameras between 2 lb - 7 lb.
The DNA vest/arm system allows you to mount the arm on either side of the vest for left- or right-handed operation. The arm and vest are CNC machined from anodized aluminum and feature black powder coating and stainless hardware for corrosion resistance. The padded vest features double stitching with an easy two-clip harness system. The DNA is a one-size-fits-all unit with adjustable straps and breastplate. To use the stabilizer and vest/arm together, just slide the handle of the stabilizer into the arm and your kit is ready for use.
