Small, unobtrusive, and portable, the TMP 50 Mini Teleprompter from Glide Gear is easy to setup and operate. It incorporates a 70/30 beamsplitter glass and features a reading range of up to 10' away. The shooting device can be a smartphone up to about 6.2 inches wide, DSLR/mirrorless camera with physically short lenses, or an action camera with a narrow shooting setting to avoid vignetting. For your teleprompter solution, it features a clamp that supports phones and tablets up to 6.7" wide.
Its collapsible design allows for easy transport and storage. This teleprompter allows you to handhold or tripod-mount the set up while the on-air talent reads from the scrolling text (prompter phone/tablet and software not included). Additionally, you can use an optional hand grip to handhold and self-shoot while you read from the prompter. The hood is removable and attaches quickly via a hook-and-loop strip, and the included carry case is for transport and storage. - Compatible Devices
- For the Camera: Any smartphone up to 6.2" wide, GoPro (set in narrow angle), and DSLRs with physically short lens
For the Monitor: Any smartphone or tablet with a width no greater than 6.7" - The unit comes with a captive 1/4"-20 mounting screw for use with your mirrorless or DSLR camera
The phone/action camera mount attaches to the 1/4"-20 screw - Beamsplitter glass with 70% visible light transmission
- Remove camera and teleprompting device and the unit collapses with the beamsplitter glass installed
- Scrolling text is not visible to the shooting camera
