Product description The MVIO HDEMB-2AES-FS SDI 2-Channel AES Audio Embedder with Frame Sync Processing from Gra-Vue is a half-rack 1RU standalone embedder which embeds two AES balanced audio source signals into a single HD/SD-SDI stream, and applies frame sync processing to the output signals. It features two identical SDI outputs so that the video with the newly embedded audio may be delivered to two destinations without requiring a separate distribution amplifier. The SDI audio group and channels to which the audio is embedded is user-defined, and may be set using DIP switches on the unit. The embedder features automatic input detection and supports the following formats: 625i50, 525i60, 720p, 1080i, 1080p, and 1080psf. The reference input supports INT, single EXT, and Global EXT sync modes.
The MVIO HDEMB-2AES-FS provides automatic signal equalization for cable runs up to 328' (Belden 1694A), which can improve the signal quality and reduce the signal loss caused by long distance transmission of the input source. The LED lights on the module indicate the status of input signal and power supply. The unit supports SNMP and can be real-time managed and monitored by XIO NET, an optional network management module, via Ethernet. - Automatic signal detection and frame sync processing
