Product description The XIO 9030HDEMB-2AES-3U 2-Channel AES Audio Embedder from Gra-Vue is a modular board for installation in XIO series rackmount frames. It allows the insertion of two user selectable audio channels from the SDI stream via balanced AES terminal block connectors. In addition to being able to select the audio group these channels are embedded two, it is also possible to select which stereo channel (right or left) they are panned two. For example, the outputs can follow the inputs, both inputs can be sent to right channel, or both inputs can be sent to left channel.
The board features two mirrored SDI loop outputs so that video can be delivered to two downstream destinations without requiring a separate distribution amplifier. It will pass both SD and HD resolution signals, and supports bandwidths up to 1.5 Gb/s (HD-SDI).
Note: This version is configured for the 3RU frame. There is another model available if you use the 1RU frame. - Automatic signal detection. Supported signals include: 625i50, 525i60, 720p, 1080i, 1080p, and 1080psf
- Audio group to embed to may be selected via DIP switches
- Provides automatic signal equalization to enable cable runs up to 328' when using Belden 1694A cable
- Supports hot swapping of connectors
- Provides LED lights to indicate the status of signals and power supply
- Supports SNMP, and can be managed and monitored in real-time using XIO NET via an Ethernet interface
- For use in broadcast television and other professional video applications
