Product description The XIO HD/SD-SDI 2-Channel Digital Audio Embedder from Gra-Vue is a modular embedder card designed to be used in either the XIO 1U or 3U Modular Platform Chassis (sold separately). It embeds 2-channel AES balanced audio signals into the input HD/SD-SDI signal, and outputs 2 identical HD/SD-SDI signals with the embedded audio. The embedded audio group can be selected freely through a DIP switch. Also, the embedded mode of audio channels is selectable, such as total embedding left or right channel, following input channels, and so on. It supports automatic input detection of 625i 50, 525i 60, 720p, 1080i, 1080p, and 1080psf formats. The XIO HD/SD-SDI 2-Channel Digital Audio Embedder provides automatic signal equalization for long cable applications (up to 328' over (Belden 1694A). This improves the signal quality and reduces signal loss caused due to long distance transmission of the input source. The LED lights on the module indicate the status of input signal and power supply to let you know the signal and power status immediately. It supports SNMP, and can be managed and monitored in real-time via the XIO NET Network Management Module (sold separately) via Ethernet. - Supports 625i 50, 525i 60, 720p, 1080i, 1080p, 1080psf, and automatic detection of input format
- Provides automatic signal equalization for long distance transmission over coax (up to 328' Belden 1694A)
- Supports hot swapping / hot plugging
- Provide 3 types of sync modes--INT, single EXT, and Global EXT
- LED lights to indicate the status of signals and power supply
