Product description The Mini DisplayPort to HDMI or DVI Video Display Converter from Griffin Technology is an interesting two-in-one device for use with MacBook and MacBook Pro computers. This converter fits into an available Mini DisplayPort port on your MacBook or MacBook Pro and features a female HDMI connector on the other end. If you are connecting an HDMI display, all you need to do is hook up the converter to your computer and then connect your HDMI display. However, if you want to connect a DVI Video Display, connect the included DVI Video Display piece on the HDMI side of the converter, and then you're ready for DVI Video. - Converts video output from your Mini DisplayPort source to DVI or HDMI high-resolution monitors, displays, and projectors, including Apple's 30" Cinema Display
- This converter will pass on audio signals as well for your MacBook Pro so long as your computer is from April 2010 or later
- Transfers digital video at resolutions of up to 1920 X 1200 (resolution is limited by the display itself)
