Product description The 5050ULTRA AudioStar Boombox from HamiltonBuhl is a compact boombox that's ideal for use in classrooms as a listening center. The portable design also lets you take it with you on field trips and other outings. The stylish housing offers lasting durability for safe day-to-day use.
The boombox has a CD player, a cassette player, and a stereo AM/FM tuner. There is also a USB port that allows you to play MP3 files from a USB thumb drive. The CD player supports MP3 CDs in addition to standard audio CDs. The CD player is programmable and has a convenient repeat play function. The cassette deck not only plays tapes, but can also record from CD or the radio. Additionally, it has a built-in tape and CD-to-MP3 converter, allowing you to convert all your tapes and CDs to MP3 files and record them onto a USB flash drive without a computer
The back of the boombox has 6 standard 3.5mm stereo headphone jacks, ideal for group listening. The 2W RMS stereo speakers allow you to share audio with larger groups. The boombox can operate on AC power or a set of 6 "D" batteries for versatility.
