Product description For those who need to sanitize household or schoolroom equipment, the HamiltonBuhl HygenX Vray Portable UV Sterilizer will come in handy. A 1.5 lb, the unit is relatively lightweight. It's also cordless, making it eminently portable.
Toys, keyboards, headphones, touchscreens—anything in the classroom that children might get their hands on can be sanitized by the Vray's UV-C light. Indeed, this light is designed to wash away the bacteria associated with Bacillus, Vibrio, E. coli, MRSA, Salmonella, and more.
With its patented safety sensor, the Vray can turn off automatically when the unit is tilted 30° in either direction to prevent exposure to the skin and eyes, minimizing risk. This safe mode can be disabled when it comes time to sterilize objects of an odd shape.
