Product description The black Hammond Studio 12 Leslie Dual-Rotary Speaker is the smallest-ever dual-rotor Leslie speaker designed for general applications such as for keyboard players performing Rock and Jazz genres on stage. The same size as the Leslie G37 Guitar cabinet, the speaker uses a 100W solid-state power amplifier with a vacuum tube preamplifier to drive a 12" Eminence woofer and the same horn used in other Leslie speakers.
Single-channel input is provided by either a low gain 1/4" connector for instruments such as keyboards or a high gain 1/4" connector for instruments such as a guitar. A 1/4" foot switch input connects to the included FS-10TL speed control pedal for individually adjusting the slow/fast speed of the horn and bass rotor. The rotor will automatically stop in the forward position when the stop mode is selected to maximize the sound directed toward the audience.
The unit is also compatible with the optional FS-1T single foot switch to remotely control the channel selection, the V-20RT speed control pedal for performing expressive swells, an 11-pin to 1/4" adapter for interfacing new Hammond organs to the amp, and an 8-pin to 1/4" adapter for interfacing legacy Hammond organs.
