Product description The Replacement Cable Storage Drum from Hannay Reels is a drum extension for the AVC 16-14-16-DE and AVC 20-14-16-DE 6.6" portable cable storage reels. The Cable Storage Drum is attached to the side of the reel and allows access to the second end of the cable. You can have a short amount of cable on the extension while the rest is on the reel, which allows you to plug in both ends without having to remove all the cable from the reel. Without the Cable Storage Drum you would have to pull all the cable off the reel to access the second end, since it would be buried under the rest of the cable on the spool.
