Product description Designed for shooters by shooters, Hartman's first foray in optics, the tan 1x MH1 Reflex Sight, features a unique micro-USB interface that allows you to not only recharge an internal Li-ion battery, but customize many of the sight's features to your own preferences via proprietary software running on your PC. This unmagnified optic has a three post reticle with 2 MOA center dot and is designed to be virtually parallax-free with a large sight window which provides a large field of view when using one-eye-open shooting styles such as when shooting at small or distant targets, at night, or when using secondary optics like magnifiers or NVDs.
Another innovative function of the MH1 is its use of three-axis motion detection. When the sight is brought up past a 30° angle, into a shooting position, the sight automatically activates to be ready for duty. A secondary sensor will keep the sight on as long as it's held in a firing position, such as bench shooting at the range. The motion detectors can be deactivated if you will be using unconventional stances or firing positions. To ensure the sight goes on when you need it, there is a programmable sleep function to deactivate it after a predetermined period of inactivity to preserve battery life, plus a disposable CR123 backup battery to the internal rechargeable one.
Built to withstand the rigors of daily use, the MH1 is made of 6061-T6 aluminum with a MIL-STD matte-tan anodized finish that is corrosion and scratch-resistant. The housing is nitrogen-filled and O-ring sealed to be water and fogproof, and with an IP67 rating, it is dustproof and submersible. The sight comes with an integrated quick release Picatinny/Weaver rail mount utilizes two quick release levers to lock it into place. When used on flat-top carbine platforms it will be lower 1/3 co-witnessed with your BUIS. - Optical Performance
