Product description The StreamEez-Pro from Hauppauge allows you to stream live events over the internet using popular streaming services such as Amazon Web Services and Wowza. Featuring a high-quality real-time HD video encoder, the StreamEez-Pro accepts up to 1080p60 HDMI video input signals and converts it into the popular H.264 format with AAC audio. The StreamEez-Pro application software for Windows provides simple setup and control of streaming bit-rate, resolution, and management settings. This makes it easy to stream HD video from houses of worship, school sporting events, meetings, or any other live event. Included with the StreamEez-Pro are an AC adapter, 6' HDMI cable, A/V adapter cable for composite/S-video input support, and a CD with the StreamEez-Pro application software. - Encoder
- The StreamEez-Pro encodes HDMI video into the H.264 format with AAC audio. It supports input signals up to 1080p60 and will encode video at resolutions up to 1080p30. A built-in down scaler can convert the input signal to lower resolutions, such as 720p, in real time. The StreamEez-Pro also supports S-Video and composite video connections with stereo audio inputs via an included A/V adapter cable. An HDMI output is available for connecting to an external video monitor. The encoder also features a logo inserter which can take a transparent PNG file and overlay it on top of the live video.
- StreamEez-Pro Application
- The application runs on desktop and laptop PCs running Windows Vista (32 and 64-bit), Windows 7, or Window 8 operating systems. In order to use the software, an Amazon account must be created. The application allows you to choose streaming profile for low, medium, and high bandwidth services, as well as create custom profiles with settings for bit-rate and scaling factor. Up to four StreamEez-Pro devices can be controlled at one time using the application, letting you stream multiple camera angles or use multiple video services at once.
- Streaming Services
- The StreamEez-Pro application provides simple setup and streaming to Amazon Web Services through Wowza, as well as the Meridix sports streaming service, Ustream, Twitch, and YouTube. In addition, streaming services using RTP and RTMP protocols are also supported.
