Product description Enhance your competitive edge in precision and low-light target acquisitions with Hawke Sports Optics' 4-12x40 Airmax AO Riflescope. The riflescope is optimized for airguns and features a 40mm objective that will collect more light at dawn and dusk than an average scope. The fully multi-coated optics offers 16 layers of anti-reflection coatings to increase resolution, contrast, and image brightness. Located in the 2nd focal plane is an etched-on-glass AMX ranging duplex reticle. It is specially designed for airguns with bent trajectories and features 0.75 MOA dots on a thin crosshair with spacing of half mil-dot spacing. To further assist with precision aiming, the parallax effect can be corrected from 7.5 yd to infinity by using the adjustable objective ring. To compensate for wind and ballistic bullet drop, the riflescope offers 80 MOA of windage and elevation adjustment range and a ¼ MOA per click impact point correction.
The lightweight and durable aluminum housing features a 1" single-piece maintube. It is filled with nitrogen for fogproof and waterproof performance. The overall design features a slender, unobtrusive shape and low-profile capped turrets. To ease the zooming process, the fast-focus eyepiece is outfitted with a high-torque knurled rubber zoom ring. To keep your scope's lenses protected from debris, dust, and dirt while it is not used, one objective lens cap and one ocular lens cap are also included. - Optical Performance
