Product description Control your Fujinon MK lens's zoom and focus from your Sony FS5 or FS7 camera's handgrip with the HEDEN VLC-1L Lens Control Kit for Fujinon MK Zoom Lenses. This kit is centered around the VLC-1L Mk1 LANC Controller. The VLC-1L has all the connections on it for power and control. Secure the controller to the camera body with the included adhesive touch fastener. The VM35 Lens Motor plugs right into the VLC-1L and mounts directly to the lens using the provided MK bracket. Plug the Sony handgrip in using the LANC Passthrough cable and maintain control of both the camera and the lens motor. This system is powered using the included D-tap cable. See below for more information on the items included in this kit. - VM35 Lens Motor The HEDEN VM35 Lens Motor is a small cylindrical motor for driving zoom or focus. Its form factor is compatible with separately available clips for securing the motor to your lens. When attached to the lens, the motor's body lies flat against it for an uncluttered look. The digital connection is made using the 7-pin LEMO-type interface, terminating the built-in cable.
- VLC-1L Mk1 LANC Controller Control your zoom lens motor with the Sony handgrip by connecting the HEDEN VLC-1L Mk1 LANC Controller. Using the LANC connection from the handgrip and the appropriate pass-through cable, the VLC-1 can relay signals from the zoom rocker to actuate an attached lens motor for seamless zoom control. Documentary shooters will be able to smoothly zoom to properly frame their shots without distracting the audience with shaky hand-driven zooming. Zoom ramping and speed can be adjusted to control the smoothness and overall speed of the zooming action.
- MK Bracket for Fujinon VM35 Zoom Motor With the HEDEN MK Bracket for Fujinon VM35 Zoom Motor you can secure a zoom motor to your Fujinon MK 18-55mm or 50-135mm lens. The clamp is designed for low-profile VM35 motors, removing the need for rod support and decreasing the size and weight of your rig. Screws and a hex key for the screws are included, so you can secure the bracket to your lens right out of the box.
- D-Tap Power Cable for VLC MK1 The HEDEN D-Tap Power Cable for VLC MK1 powers the VLC MK1 controller unit from a D-Tap power source, such as an on-camera battery. UPC: 680196626835
- LANC Passthrough Cable for VLC MK1 Controller The HEDEN LANC Passthrough Cable for VLC MK1 Controller connects the Sony FS5/FS7 handgrip to the HEDEN VLC MK1 LANC controller. When connected, the zoom rocker on the camera handgrip can be used to control connected lens motors. The LANC passthrough maintains camera control from the handgrip.
