Product description The High Point HPTBBU-05 Battery Backup Unit is designed for use with the RocketRAID 4500 Series 6 Gb/s SAS/SATA ROC HBA's. It provides additional data security in the event of a critical system failure. With the HPTBBU-05 installed, the RocketRAID 4500 Series ROC HBA will automatically maintain the contents of onboard cache memory after power loss, and preserve this data for up to 72 hours. The battery backup unit is also compatible with the RocketStor 6414AS 4-bay 6Gb/s SAS/SATA hardware RAID tower enclosure. - Compatibility
