Product description With support for both 2.5" and 3.5" hard drives, the NA381TB3 24-Bay 4U Thunderbolt 3 PCIe Enclosure from High Point Technology is a mass storage solution capable of handling a variety of drives and is designed to suit demanding business storage needs. Not only does this enclosure come with several drive bays, it can be connected to compatible computers via the dual Thunderbolt 3 ports supporting transfer rates up to 40 Gb/s along with the ability to daisy chain up to six devices. the NA381TB3 also features three integrated PCIe 3.0 slots making it easy to expand the capabilities of the enclosure to include RocketRAID host adapters, video and audio cards, Fibre channel connectivity, and more.
Installation is simple thanks to the 4U rackmount design and with five built-in fans the unit will remain cool even under the most demanding conditions. The NA381TB3 enclosure also comes equipped with LED status indicators depicting the temperature, power, and HDD activity. In the case a fan malfunctions or fails a built-in alarm notifies the proper parties to ensure the unit can be repaired helping to mitigate damage and possible network downtime. - Thunderbolt 3 Powered Mass Storage Solution
- The 4U chassis features 24 hot-swappable drive bays, which can support both 2.5" and 3.5" form factor hard disks. The three integrated PCIe 3.0 slots can be configured to support a wide range of PCIe expansion devices, including RocketRAID host adapters, video and audio cards, Fibre channel, or 10G network interface cards. The NA381TB3 is an ideal match for the RocketRAID 2760A 24-Channel 6Gb/s SAS/SATA RAID Host Adapter.
