The RocketStor 6328 Dual Thunderbolt 2 RAID Adapter from HighPoint Technologies is a compact and efficient RAID solution designed to work with Thunderbolt compatible Mac and Windows based computers. The RocketStor 6328 is compatible with a variety of RAID configurations including RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, and JBOD to cover all of your storage needs.
Additionally, the RocketStor 6328 is also compatible with any SAS or SATA HDD and SSD. On the back of the device you will find two Thunderbolt 2 ports supporting a 20Gb/s bi-directional data rate, and dual external Mini-SAS ports for extensive connectivity options. - Reduced Size, Enhanced Power
- The RocketStor 6328 is the perfect storage companion for Thunderbolt 2 capable notebook PCs and Macbook portables. The palm-sized all-aluminum enclosure is powerful enough to stream 4K video while simultaneously transferring terabytes worth of HD media to multiple small-form factor Mini-SAS and eSATA storage chassis - all from a single Thunderbolt connection.

- With enhanced levels of performance, flexibility and plug-and-play usability this small, self-contained enclosure is designed with maximum portability in mind. The built-in hardware RAID-on-Chip controller supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, and JBOD configurations delivering uncompromised performance and superior data protection demanded by professional 4K media applications.

- The RocketStor 6328 is compatible with any Thunderbolt and Thunderbolt 2 platform, and has been certified by Intel and Apple.
- Expansive Connectivity
- Thunderbolt 2 transfer bandwidth easily handles the industry's most robust storage interfaces, and delivers an unprecedented level of storage expansion capability. The dual external Mini-SAS ports directly supports up to 8 SAS/SATA hard drives and SSD's, up to twenty when paired with SATA Port Multiplier capable drive enclosures, and as many as 128 via SAS expander, all through a single Thunderbolt port.
- HighPoint DV Mode
- Video professionals may find that even hardware RAID-based storage systems will experience inconsistent performance when capturing or editing high quality digital video, which can greatly impede or even cripple the post-production process. These inconsistencies are caused by standard RAID caching algorithms, which are designed for server environments rather than media applications.
