Product description Capture indoor/outdoor, day/night surveillance video in your choice of 2688 x 1520 high-resolution, Full HD 1080p, or 720p HD. The Hikvision DS-2CD2342WD-I-4MM is a mini-dome, Power-over-Ethernet network camera featuring a 4MP high-resolution image sensor and interchangeable 4 mm. It has a weather-resistant housing and IR LEDs near the lens that provide up to 98 ft of night vision in complete darkness, the combination allowing for 24/7 monitoring in all weather conditions. Dual-stream capability allows you to send separate streams of your captured signal to your monitor and NVR simultaneously in your choice of H.264 and/or MJPEG compression profiles.
You can power this camera via a Power-over-Ethernet connection to your NVR or PoE switch, or alternatively using any 12V DC 1A power supply, sold separately. Your images are enhanced with the camera's Digital Wide Dynamic Range and Digital Noise Reduction features, and you can also tailor the look you want by adjusting a variety of settings, such as brightness and contrast. You can manage all settings and features via a web browser connection to an online management interface or via a free-download management software (Windows-compatible) available on the Hikvision website.
Hardware is included for surface-mounting the camera (such as directly to the ceiling) but you can also incorporate an optional Hikvision wall-mount bracket (model # DS-1273ZJ-130-TRL) or ceiling-mount pendant cap and mount (model #s PC130T and CPM). - Key Features
